JARRETT HALFMANN’S SOCCER JERSEYS RETIRED
Soccer jerseys of the late Jarrett Halfmann were retired Tuesday evening before the Brenham Cub soccer game. Halfmann was kill in May of last year while helping a church group clean up storm debris after the historic flooding. He was struck by a tree limb that had been suspended by a guide wire from a power pole.
Halfmann's parents, Russell and Lindsey along with his younger brother Cullen accepted the framed jersey's during a emotional ceremony before the Cub soccer team's first district game Tuesday.

These are the bittersweet moments that get you through the loss of a child. They hurt so deep but yet overwhelm you with pride knowing that people cared about your child enough to do something to honor them. God sends us Angels to let us know that our loved one is still with us.
Go Cubs! We miss Jarrett riding by the house everyday with his dog, bike and little brother. Thank you Brenham HS Soccer lets have a great season your already a winner in my mind honering your fallen brother.
