JEREMY WADE VAUGHN, 14 OTHERS PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Fifteen person plead guilty to felony offenses and received terms ranging from probation to prison terms on Thursday, February 5th according to District Attorney Julie Renken.

30-year old Jeremy Wade Vaughn of Brenham, had his probation revoked and sentenced to four years in the

Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division for Tampering with Physical Evidence from June 20, 2014, and ordered to pay court cost.

Vaughn also plead guilty to Tampering with Physical Evidence from June 20, 2014, Burglary of a Building from May 12, 2014, sentenced to three years in the Texas Department of Corrections, Burglary of a Building from May 14, 2014, Sentenced to three years in the Texas Department of Corrections, and Burglary of a Building from May 14, 2014, sentenced to three years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and ordered to pay court cost, and $551.99 restitution.

Twenty-eight year old David Gregory Vafus, from the Woodlands, plead guilty to possession of a Controlled Substance from November 22 ,2007. Vafus had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to four years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and ordered to pay court-appoint attorney fee, and a $1297 fine.

Forty-six year old Adrian Tinajero Loredo of Brenham, plead guilty to Indecency with a Child-Sexual Contact from January 10, 1998. Loredo’s probation was revoked and he was sentenced to four years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, ordered to pay his court-appointed attorney fee, $1,000 fine, and sex offender fees.

Twenty-nine year old Ricky Janes Fenix of LaGrange, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance from April 13, 2011. Fenix had his probation revoked and sentenced to three years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, ordered to pay a $50 Crime Stoppers Fee and a $140 lab fee.

Fifty-six year old Robert Wayne Clepper of Brenham plead guilty to Injury to the Elderly from May 13, 2014. Clepper was sentenced to two years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and ordered to pay court cost.

Twenty-year old Kenneth Laredo Clark, of Brenham, plead guilty to Evading Arrest/Detention Using Vehicle from May 18, 2014. Clark was sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, probated for five years, ordered to pay a $2,000 fine, court cost, Court-appointed attorney fee, $50 Crime Stopper Fee, 200 hours of community service restitution and provide DNA sample and urinalysis.

Twenty-year old Boysie Deleon Cole III of Washington, plead guilty to Theft of Cattle from June 28, 2013. Cole had his probation adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice probated 5 years, ordered to pay court cost, court-appointed attorney fee, $1473.25 restitution and provide a DNA sample and urinalysis.

Twenty-two year old Christopher Jefferson of Brenham, plead guilty to Credit/Debit Card Abuse from September 27, 2014, and was sentenced to 8 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, probated for five years, and ordered to pay court cost, $578.92 in restitution, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.

Thirty-seven year old Joe Edward Bayer of Brenham, plead guilty to Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon from December 12, 2014. He was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation, $1000 fine, court cost, anger management, 150 hour community service restitution, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.

Twenty-nine year old Peaches Campbell of Hempstead, plead guilty to Forgery from December 6, 2013, and was sentenced to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice probated for four years, a $1500 fine, court cost, 150 hours of community service restitution, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.

Twenty-nine year old Claude Leroy Cunningham of Brenham plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance from November 7, 2014. He was sentenced to two years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, probated for three years, a $500 fine, court cost, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, 120 hours of community service restitution, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, and provide DNA and urinalysis sample.

Thirty-four year old Robert Lee Bellville, plead guilty to Theft $1500-$20,000 from August 13, 2013, and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation, court cost, $50 Crime Stopper Fee, $3, 405.07 restitution, 120 hours community service restitution, and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.

Forty-eight year old Cynthia Ann Garcia, of Huntsville, pleaded guilty to Prescription Fraud from March 27, 2012, and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation, $1500 fine, court cost, $50 Crime Stopper Fee, 160 hours community service restitution, drug offender education program, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.

And thirty-two year old Allan Oyuela of Brenham, plead guilty to Abandon/Endangering Child with Intent to Return from November 16, 2014, and was sentenced to one year deferred adjudication probation, $250 fine, court cost, 50 hours of community service restitution, and successfully complete parenting classes.

21st District Court Judge Reva L Towslee Corbett presided over the cases at the Washington County Courthouse.
