JUNETEENTH ACTIVITIES BEGINNING SOON
Juneteenth activities kick off next weekend.
The annual festivities begin on June 15, with the Washington County Historical Juneteenth Association’s Annual Concert in the Park. Raa Raa and the Zydeco (ZI-de-co) All Starz Band from Houston will be performing at Fireman’s Park from 7-11 p.m.
June 16 will host the Annual Parade at 10:30 a.m. in Downtown Brenham. More activities will follow the parade at Fireman’s Park from 12-4 p.m. The public is invited to join.
