KIDFISH HAPPENING TODAY AT BLUE BELL AQUATIC CENTER

  

Hundreds of pounds of catfish will be dumped into the outdoor leisure pool at Blue Bell Aquatic Center during KidFish today (Saturday).

Open to children ages 2-16, KidFish promotes fishing, the outdoors, and spending time with the family. This year there will be trophies awarded to the top catchers.  Fishing poles are available at the Aquatic Center, or attendees are welcome to bring their own to the event.

In addition to the fishing, there will also be activities such as free swimming, safety booths and duck hunt..

KidFish will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. It is a free event for the community. This year, KTEX’s Holly Ryder will be there from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Friendly Country Cruiser.
