KRUSE VILLAGE OFFICIALLY UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP

  

Kruse Village has officially been sold to Health Dimensions Group.

Health Dimensions Group manages 30 health care properties in seven states and provides consulting to clients in all 50 states. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held today (Friday) to celebrate the event.

Coy Fontenot, Associate Executive Director at Kruse Village, says he and the staff are excited about the future:

Kruse Village opened 25 years ago, and has become one of the most acclaimed retirement communities in the state.

The prior owner of Kruse Village was Upbring- previously known as Lutheran Social Services of the South. Officials with Upbring say they are divesting its holding in retirement communities to focus more on child welfare.
