KWHI SPORTS DIRECTOR ED POTHUL DOING BETTER
KWHI Sports Director Ed Pothul has been moved out of ICU and into a 4th floor room at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in College Station.
Pothul, who was hospitalized Tuesday, is in better spirits and spoke with KWHI staff members Thursday. His mother and other family members have arrived from Massachusetts to be with him during his hospitalization. KWHI continues to pray for Pothul and we are hopeful for a speedy recovery.

Prayers and well wishes to Ed. Always a smiling and pleasant person to be around. Ed contributes greatly to the Burton community with his coverage of our many successful sports activities past and present. He was never a burden to the coaches, he always promoted our athletes and was a pleasure to our many fans that were unable to make the long trips in the playoffs. Hope to hear that distinct voice through radio soon. Get well Hoss!
