KWHI TO HOST CANDIDATES FORUM THIS EVENING
KWHI will host a Candidates forum for the City of Brenham, Blinn College, Brenham and Burton ISD at Brenham National Bank tonight at 5:45pm.
Questions from the audience, listeners, and the press will be taken to be asked of the candidates during the Forum. Callers may phone in their questions to 979-836-3655, or email question to mail@kwhi.com
Election Day is Saturday, May 9th. Early voting begins April 27th.

Position 1 – Mark Schneider (unopposed)
Position 2 – Michael Altman (unopposed)
Position 3 – Carey Council, Susan Jenkins (incumbent)
Position 4 – Kelvin Raven (unopposed)
City of Brenham
Mayor – Milton Tate (incumbent)
Gary Gabriel
Ward 4 – Danny Goss - incumbent (unopposed)
Ward 2 – Weldon Williams – incumbent (unopposed)
Blinn College
Position 1 – Richard Powell, who was appointed in 2014
David Reynolds
Position 4 (the seat vacated by Leon Toubin) – Debbie Goss
Stacey Holle Aschenbeck
Burton School Board
Marcus Broesche and Terri Smith (incumbents) challenged by:
Ande “Arch" Bostain, and Brian Jaeger
