LADY PANTHERS DOWN NAVASOTA IN FOUR GAMES
The Burton Lady Panthers picked up their third win in their last five matches, downing Navasota at the Panther Gymnasium, Friday night.
The Lady Panthers (3-6) took the match, 3-1 (25-14, 25-17, 23-25, 25-20).
Blaire Smith helped lead the team with 12 kills and 13 digs. Hailey Nutt also had 12 kills and dished out 12 assists. Keyana Kincade added 10 kills while Emma Broesche added 12 digs and Holli Baker dished out a team-high 23 assists.
The Lady Panthers will be back in action Tuesday night at home to Hearne at 5:00 for the junior varsity, 6:00 for the varsity.
