LaGRANGE MAN FACES MULTIPLE CHARGES

A La Grange man remains in the Washington County Jail after an early morning traffic stop by a Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy.
According to deputy Jonathan Prior, 41-year old Lee Andrew Conner was parked at the Triple-A Storage/U-Haul facility on Highway 36 North, Sunday morning at around 4:30.
Connor gave Prior a fake name.
A search of the vehicle turned up two prescription bottles with the name Lee Conner, along with a Texas Offender’s Identification Card issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Institutional Division that identified the suspect as Lee Andrew Conner.
Conner was arrested for Failure to Identify/Give False Information/Fugitive from Justice.
Brenham Emergency Communications confirmed that Conner had two outstanding Criminal Non-Support Warrants from Fayette County and a Parole Violation warrant from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Institutional Division.
No bond has been set.
