LAW ENFORCEMENT & MILITARY BIKERS TO MEET IN BRENHAM

Hundreds of motorcycles will be descending on Brenham next week for a national meetup.

The 16th annual Reguladores law enforcement and military motorcycle group National Event will be held in Brenham, next Thursday-thru-Sunday July 20-23.

The Reguladores National Event will feature hundreds of members from dozens of chapters throughout the country coming together for fellowship and fundraising.

Friday evening they will be at Fireman's Training Center with food, activities, and an ice cream social donated by Blue Bell.

Saturday morning between 9:30am-10am they will be lining up for a drone flyover photo/video. At 10am local law enforcement will be escorting them from the training center through town to begin their ride.

Club officials say their goal is to increase the level of enthusiasm for riding motorcycles, promote safe activities and raise money for other non-profit organizations.

This year they are partnering with two charities: COPS and Adam’s Angels Ministries.

COPS is a nationwide organization that helps the families of fallen officers by providing ongoing support throughout their lives for things like camp, counseling and college.

Adam’s Angels, based in Brenham, provides personal, financial and emotional support to children and their families while they battle cancer.

While the Reguladores are in town they will be holding their annual chapter meetings, fundraising, hosting a slew of activities at the Fireman’s Training Center, and taking scenic rides throughout Washington County.
