LEIGHTON SCHUBERT TO GIVE LEGISLATIVE RECAP AT FORUM

  

State Representative Leighton Schubert will be the featured speaker at next month’s Legislative Forum hosted by the Washington County Chamber of Commerce.

Schubert, who represents District 13 in the Texas House, will speak at a luncheon at the Brenham Country Club from 11:30 ‘til 1:00 on Tuesday, November 7th.  He will give a wrap-up on the 85th Texas Legislative Session and provide input on critical issues facing our state and our region.  Kurt Podeszwa, Director of Camp for All, will serve as moderator for the Forum.  Representative Schubert will take questions from the audience.

Tickets for the November 7th Legislative Forum are $25 per person, or $250 for a reserved Corporate Table.  October 31st is the deadline for reservations, which can be made by calling the Chamber at 979-836-3695, or by emailing events@brenhamtexas.com.
