LESTER TO PITCH IN WINTER ALL-STAR GAME

A Brenham Cub pitcher will get to pitch in a big league ballpark over the New Year’s holiday.
Dylan Lester has been invited to pitch in the 10th annual Power Showcase All-American Classic in Miami at Marlins Park from Dec. 28 to Jan. 2.
Lester will pitch for the West squad during the all-star game, which will include 44 high school seniors.
The Power Showcase All-American game will be Jan. 2.
Lester has verbally committed to the University of Houston.
