LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD TO GET MODERNIZATION AND FUNDRAISING UPDATES

  

The City of Brenham Library Advisory Board will meet on Wednesday, June 24th at 5:15pm to get an update on the Library Facility Modernization Project, and to update the Mission Statement of the Library Facility.

The City is expanding and renovating the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library

The Board will also hear an update on the donations received so far for the library, as well as hear a presentation related to further fundraising for the Library.

The City of Brenham has 3 million dollars allocated for the rebuilding of the library, which sits at the corner of North Park and Martin Luther King Streets.  1.5 million dollars is coming from the City, and the other 1.5 million from private donations.

The Board will meet on the 2nd Floor Conference Room at City Hall at 200 W. Vulcan.
