LIBRARY TO HOST ANOTHER “MEET THE AUTHOR” AND BOOK SIGNING

  

The Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library will be hosting a meet the author and book signing event this Saturday, November 21st. from 10am to 3pm.

Local award winning author and Korean War Veteran Addison Terry will be at the library Saturday from 10 to 3 for an appearance and book signing of his book entitled “What a Deal”.

The protagonist, Elmo Jenkins, takes the reader on a look through the textile, banking, insurance, real estate and stock market worlds in the 1950’s and 1960’s in the southern United States.

The public is welcomed to come by and meet the man behind the award winning novels Battle for Puson, Rush and Son of Rush.

Books will be available for purchase at the event.

The library is located at 200 W Vulcan Street.

  1. What are you talking about, the library does a lot of programming for the community and I think an investment in a facility that serves the entire county is a great thing. You know over a million dollars was donated before this project started right?

  2. Trying to justify the wasteful spending by council on a multi- million dollar unwarranted library do over? We can see through this you know.
