LOBOS LEADS TO $2-MIL. COKE BUST

  

Fayette County Sheriff’s deputies have recovered over $2-million in cocaine after a traffic stop on I-10 Tuesday afternoon.

Shortly before 1:00, Sgt. Randy Thumann and K9 partner Lobos stopped a Dodge pickup truck near Schulenburg for a traffic violation.

Thumann says Lobos indicated to the driver side cab area.

Thumann removed approximately 22 kilos of cocaine hidden in a secret compartment.

The cocaine had an estimated street value of $2-million dollars.

35-year old Ricardo Gloria-Jasso of Laredo was arrested for felony drug possession and transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center.

  2. We love Lobos , and the all the deputies for a great job. Does this mean this vehicle for example make it from Mexico across the border and this far before getting caught or do the drugs get in the truck on this side of the border and come this way? Just wondering?
