LOCAL BANKS COLLECT BACKPACKS FOR KIDS
The local banks in Brenham are conducting their annual “Backpacks for Kids” drive again this year.
Bank of Brenham, Citizens State Bank, and Brenham National Bank are all accepting backpacks or donations for backpacks and supplies at their locations. Each year between two and three hundred backpacks and some school supplies are collected and given to the Brenham School District for distribution to needy children. The banks have held the drive annually since 2005.
