LOCAL BURGLARY UNDER INVESTIGATION
Brenham Police are investigating a break-in of a motor vehicle.
Tuesday morning, around 2:30, Officer Jose Perez responded to the 800 block of Spencer St. in reference to suspicious activity.
The caller told Perez she had been awakened by her dog barking and saw two white males wearing all black, walking around, inside a vacant house.
Officers checked the residence which was empty.
The caller also said the two subjects entered her mother’s vehicle; after searching the vehicle it was determined a bag of tools had been stolen. The items were valued at $250.
