LOCAL MAN WINS $1 MILLION IN TEXAS LOTTERY SCRATCHOFF
Local resident Matthew Brod claimed a $1 million prize recently from the Texas Lottery Commission after winning the instant millionaire scratchoff game.
Purchasing his winning game in Pleasanton at their Chevron Food Mart located at 924 W. Oaklawn, the store will be eligible for a $10,000 retailer bonus.
Brod claimed the 1st of 40 second-tier prizes worth $1 million that are available in the instant millionaire games. These games over more than $519 million total in prizes, and overall odds of winning any prize in the game are 1 in 3.20, including break even prizes.
Brod is a former Brenham High School cub.
