LOCAL MAN/WOMAN ARRESTED AFTER DISTURBANCE

Two Brenham people face charges after a disturbance Friday evening.
28-year old Joshua Wayne Wall and 25-year old Samantha Rochelle Phoenix, both of Brenham, were arrested by Brenham Police in the area of Martin Luther King Parkway and North Park St.
(Washington Co. Jail)
A caller told police the two were creating a disturbance as they walked toward the downtown area.
The two were located in the 400 Block of South Baylor.
During the investigation it was found that both were in violation fo a protective order against the other.
Both are charged with Violation of a Protective Order.
