LOCAL POLICE MAKE NUMBER OF POSSESSION ARRESTS

Four people face charges after a trio of arrests for drug possession.
Friday morning, Officer Ashley Burns responded to the 2500 block of Ryan Street, where a subject was sleeping inside a car.
After a search of the vehicle, Officers located narcotics and synthetic urine. 24-year old Eric Dominguez of Navasota taken into custody.

He is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Falsification of Drug Test Results.
Saturday night around 10:30, Officer Eddie Martinez conducted a Traffic stop on in the 900 Block of Blinn Blvd.

19-year old Ernest Faultry of Houston was charged with Possession of Marijuana Under in a Drug Free Zone and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Early Sunday morning, Officer Eddie Martinez conducted a Traffic stop in the 4000 Block of Hwy 36 South.
The driver, 27-year old Dwight Anthony Lavan of Houston was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Failure to Identify/Giving Fictitious Information.

A passenger, 35-year old Cynthia Denise Kelly of Houston was also arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
So is that ticket for weed only in Houston or did that not pass? Wow I didn’t know you could get arrested for fake urine! I wonder how they knew?? Hmmm
