LOCAL WRITER AND PHOTOGRAPHER TO ADDRESS ROTARY TUESDAY
Local writer Connie Strong and photographer David Clements are the guest speakers at Tuesday’s meeting of the Rotary Club of Brenham.
They will be presenting "Raising A Hand” a collection of over 200 photos of music’s top artists, along with bios about each artist and compelling stories about girls with Rett Syndrome.
Rett Syndrome is a neurological disorder that claimed the life of Cortney Black, daughter of musician/photographer Kevin Black.
Black contributed numerous artist photos, along with the story of his personal journey, to the project.
The meeting is from 12:00-to-1:00 p.m. at the Cannery Kitchen on 314 East Alamo.
