MARCH OF REMEMBERANCE TODAY
The annual March of Remembrance is set for Saturday.
The event will honor, educate, and also to remember the lessons of the Holocaust and march against the rise in anti-Semitism.
This is also the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the Holocaust concentration camps and the end of WWII.
Keynote speaker will be Al Marks, a survivor of four concentration camps.
There will also be local leaders and dignitaries in attendance.
The event will start at the Cannery Kitchen at 314 E Alamo St, then the March will make its way to Fireman’s Park at 3:15pm, then back to the Cannery Kitchen
