MONDAY CLOSINGS FOR MLK DAY

  

Local governmental offices and services will be closed Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Brenham’s City Hall and the Washington County courthouse will be closed, as will all non-essential city and county departments.

City closures include municipal court, pet adoption and animal services, Blue Bell Aquatic Center, the recycling center, the waste collection center and Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library.

There will be no residential trash pickup Monday. Commercial trash routes will be operated normally.

All departments will reopen Tuesday for normal operating hours.
