MORE THAN $200,000 AWARDED IN SCHOLARSHIPS TO BHS SENIORS
A grand total of $207,000 was awarded in scholarships to the Brenham graduating class of 2016 during last night’s scholarship and awards ceremony.
The valedictorian and salutatorian were also announced during the ceremony. Lauren Kwiatkowski was named the 2016 valedictorian with a GPA of 4.7051. Kwiatkowski will attend Texas A&M University in the fall. Jennyly Nguyen was named the 2016 salutatorian with a GPA of 4.6933. Nguyen will attend the University of Texas during the fall.
BHS graduation will be held on Saturday, June 4th at 8:00pm at Cub Stadium. KWHI will be broadcasting the ceremony live on KWHI and www.KWHI.com.
