MUSIC & MOVIE HIGHLIGHT UPCOMING SHOWS AT SIMON THEATRE
Live Texas music and baseball highlight the upcoming entertainment lineup for the Barnhill Center at the Simon Theatre.
Coming up Friday, July 15th will be the Austin duo of Bruce Robison and Kelly Willis. The couple has produced numerous hits as a duet as well as a long list of individual accomplishments for each.
The program is set for 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $25 each.
Friday, July 22nd, the Haskarrl Auditorium at the Simon will show the award-winning film “Field of Dreams”.
The 1989 film stars Kevin Costner and James Earl Jones. Tickets are $10 each. Showtime is 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 20th is the date for the rescheduling of Texas Music legend Ray Wiley Hubbard. Hubbard had been slated to play the same night massive storms and flooding swept through the area.
Tickets are $25 each. Tickets purchased for the original May show will be honored.
Doors open at 6:00; alive interview between Hubbard and Brenham-native Darden Smith will begin at 7:00 and the show opens at 8:00.
