NAVASOTA “CHUNK YOUR JUNK” EVENT KICKS OFF

  

Navasota’s Spring Cleanup Event kicks off today. This year’s event will go through Sunday from 9:00am to 4:00pm at the Navasota Vehicle Services Area. Residential customers only are able to dispose of their trash.

Items being accepted are small quantities of wood and lumber, metal, steel, cast iron, scrap metals, and car/lawnmower batteries. Also being accepted are large bulky items such as stoves, bedsprings, mattresses, furniture, couches, refrigerators, and air conditioners. No tires will be accepted this year.

Paper documents can be shredded on Saturday only though each household is limited to 10 copy paper size boxes.

Proof of residency required. It is requested that residents bring a copy of their utility bill and driver’s license. For more information call 936-825-6475.
