NAVASOTA ISD BOARD TO DISCUSS INTERIM SUPERINTENDENT, MONDAY

  

The Navasota School Board will hold a special meeting Monday night.

The board is expected to discuss the resignation of Superintendent Rory Gesch’s and possibly select an interim superintendent.

Gesch announced earlier this month, he’s been hired as the new assistant superintendent for administrative and student services at Alvin ISD.  He’d been with the Navasota district since 2006.

The trustees are also scheduled to review and potentially approve the Student Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook for the 2016-17 school year.

Trustees are also expected to discuss the budget for the upcoming school year.

The Navasota School Board will meet at 6 p.m. Monday at the Board Room Education Center at the Navasota ISD Administration Building.
