NEW CLASSES OFFERED AT BLUE BELL AQUATIC CENTER

  

The Blue Bell Aquatic Center in Brenham has some new programs they are offering to the public.

“Aquatics for Arthritis” and “Beginning Wellness” will begin Monday, in the center’s warm water therapy pool.

“Aquatics for Arthritis” will meet Mondays and Wednesdays for six weeks, with sessions from 11:30 am-to-12:15 p.m. and 12:45-to-1:30 p.m.

The program is aimed at reducing pain and inflammation in people with arthritis, and improving joint function, strength and flexibility.

The cost is $75 for the six-week program, or a $65 per month aerobic pass—the cost is $55 for senior citizens.

“Beginning Wellness,” will be held Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5:00-to-5:45 p.m., to help people with rehabilitation and also those who want to loosen and relax tight muscles.

It will include warm water stretching and slow exercises.

Water aerobics classes are held Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10-to-11 a.m. and Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6-to-6:45 p.m.

Aqua-cardio classes are held Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9-to-9:45 a.m.
