NEW SUBDIVISION APPROVED BY AUSTIN CO. COMMISSIONERS
A new subdivision is being planned just north of Bellville.
The subdivision to be called Creekwood will be located off State Highway 36 and Koy Road north of Bellville. The Austin County Commissioners Court recently approved the final plat for the 27 lot subdivision. The lot sizes will vary from 2 to 20 acres across the 145 acre subdivision.

Our area is starting to become urbanized. Pushing citizens out of there rural property and becoming a greedy, money making,materialized city. Such a shame.
