NINE SENTENCED IN LOCAL DISTRICT COURT
A Brenham man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to a felony drug charge, Thursday.
35-year old Ronald Gene Koch was sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett after pleading guilty to Attempted Delivery of a Controlled Substance – a Second Degree Felony.
Also sentenced in District Court, Wednesday:
29-year old Pablo Daniel Marin for Delivery Controlled Substance – a First Degree Felony. Marin was sentenced to 8 years in the prison. Marin also has a 2005 probatoin for Aggravated Sexual Assault revoked and was sentenced to 5 years behind bars.
21-year old Zachariah Deshaun Hawkins of Somerville was sentenced to five years in prison for Robbery – a Second Degree Felony. Hawkins was also sentenced to 18 months for Unlawful Carry Weapon in a Weapons Free Zone.
32-year old Justin Michael Krueger of Brenham had his 2015 probation for Possession of Controlled Substance revoked and was sentenced to 42 months in prison and was fined $1500.
43-year old Bill Kenneth Rogers of Chappell Hill had his 2012 probation revoked for Possession of Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone. Rogers was sentenced to 2 years in prison.
30-year old James Charles McRae of Brenham was sentenced to one year in jail for Possession of Controlled Substance.
20-year old Terrell Andre Tolbert, Jr. of Brenham was sentenced to nine months in jail on each of two charges of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Tolbert was also fine $1,000.
17-year old Ralph Eddie Kallie of Brenham was sentenced six months in jail for Credit/Debit Card Abuse – a State Jail Felony.
56-year old Daniel Lee Huff of Brenham was sentenced to 20 months in jail for Attempted Escape from Custody – a State Jail Felony.
