NOMINATIONS DUE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS RECOGNITION DAY
Today (Wednesday) is the final day that nominations will be accepted for Senior Citizens Recognition Day by the Burleson County Extension Office.
Senior Citizens Recognition Day is for those 60 years or better and honors those senior citizens that have contributed to their family, friends and community by recognizing one man and one woman with a special award. Seniors can be nominated by an individual, club, or even church group.
Nomination forms can be downloaded at burleson.agrilife.org, and should be turned in to the County Extension Office by 5:00pm this afternoon (Wednesday).
