NOMINATIONS BEING ACCEPTED FOR SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR AWARD

  

Nominations are now being sought for Washington County’s 2017 “Small Business of the Year Award”.

The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, April 21. The award will be presented during the 4th annual Small Business Forum in Brenham on Wednesday, June 7.

Criteria for the award include:

• The business participates in multiple ways in the community and makes lasting contributions to the growth and well-being of the community.
• The business has displayed evidence of high professional and business standards.
• The business sets an example of leadership for others to follow, within its industry and its workforce.
• This business is locally owned/operated.

Business owners are allowed to submit their own businesses.
