Oehrlein orchestrated the Cubs’ high powered offense that reached the State Championship game for just the third time in school history.

The Cubs’ offense accounted for over 6100 total yards, including the single-season Cubs’ rushing record of 2447 by Ernest Patterson.

While at Brenham, Coach Oehrlein and Head Coach Glen West have racked up 158 wins with just 41 losses.  The two have combined for 199 career wins over the past 22 seasons.

The Banquet is set for tonight at the Carl Lewis Complex at the University of Houston.  The awards assembly is set for 7:00 pm.
