OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD CONTINUES THIS WEEKEND

  

Brenham’s First Baptist Church continues to accept donations this weekend for Operation Christmas Child”.

First Baptist is the drop off site for the Samaritan’s Purse project.

Brenham residents are urged to bring shoe boxes filled with items to be delivered to children affected by war, disease, poverty and famine.

Among the items suggested are a “WOW” item such as a stuffed animal, soccer ball or clothing item that will capture the child’s attention.

Other items include: personal care, clothing, crafts & activities, toys, and a personal note.

First Baptist Church at 304 North Market St. will be accepting donations, Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
