OVER 1400 CAST EARLY BALLOTS ON CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

Early voting continues for the seven proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution.

In Washington County, over 200 people cast ballots Wednesday, which makes a total of 1,435 person voting since October 19th.

Wednesday’s total of 219 voters is the largest single-day number of votes cast in this election.

There are only two more days of Early Voting left, which ends tomorrow (Friday) at 5:00 at the Washington County Courthouse Annex.

After that time, voters will need to go to their polling place to vote on Election Day, Tuesday.

Voting has been consolidated from 15 locations to 8, so voters can check the county's website for a list or use the "Find my Polling Place" link to enter their information online for their polling location.

Voters can always call the County Clerk's office for information and voting locations at 277-6200.
