OWNERSHIP AT KRUSE VILLAGE CHANGING

  

Brenham’s Kruse Village retirement is being sold to its current operator/manager.

Health Dimensions Group, which has operated Kruse Villiage since December of last year, will receive full ownership Dec. 2nd from Upbring – previously known as Lutheran Social Services of the South.

Officials with Upbring say they are divesting its holding in retirement communities to focus more on child welfare.

Kruse Village opened 25 years ago, and has become one of the most acclaimed retirement communities in the state. Coy Fontenot, Associate Executive Director at Kruse Village, says he and the staff are committed to Brenham and the residents there, and are looking forward to continuing their excellent level of care. Upbring CEO Kurt Senske said there will be “no change in the day-to-day management of Kruse Village.”

HDG manages 30 health care properties in seven states and provides consulting to clients in all 50 states.
