  1. “Every First Monday” If your part of the commission. Please don not get a wedgy over what I said. I did not mention the commission anywhere in my comment. And yes you are right. The knowledge of what is on the agenda that the city government gave the radio station is last minute. That is what I precisely said. Yes, I do agree with you. This last minute information is not helpful to the citizens.

  2. To “where’s common sense” – this is not a last minute meeting, my friend. According to their webpage, http://cityofbrenham.org/boards/planningzoning.php, the Planning and Zoning Commission meets every first Monday at 5:15. I didn’t immediately see an agenda posted online, which would be helpful, but we really shouldn’t blame the commission for meeting at the day and time they always meet.

  3. Who at the city is resposible for this last minute notice on meetings that impact our city. These meetings impact our city and this one impacts my neighborhood. The city can have these last minute notices but I can’t attend these last minute meetings and schedule time off from my job. The job that pays my always increasing property taxes and the taxes that pays the people responsible for the last minute meetings. That stinks. My small town government has changed and is more inconsiderate today of the citizens than it ever has been.
