PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO MEET THIS EVENING

  

The City of Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will meet this afternoon at 5:15pm to seek approval for a Preliminary Plat for Old Mill Creek Subdivision Sec 1, concerning nine residential lots and one commercial lot containing 2.791 acres, one reserve containing 1.116 acre, and 0.473 acre in three street rights-of-ways 3.272 acres in total, on the north side of Old Mill Creek Road, and Section 2 consisting of one commercial lot containing 1.069 acres on the north side of Old Mill Creek Road, and the west side of S. Saeger Street in Brenham.

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the second floor of City Hall Council Chambers at 200 W Vulcan.

  1. Is this where the city of Brenham is hauling all that dirt? Who is the developer? Will this widen Old Mill Creek Rd? Mill Creek Rd. needs to be wider. Will this make cut through traffic to our adjoining neighborhood and increase traffic in my neighborhood?
