PLANS STILL BEING MADE FOR ‘ROCK ON THE SQUARE IN BELLVILLE
Plans are continuing for plans to bring the “Rock on the Square' Texas music festival to downtown Bellville, which is scheduled for March 28th.
The event is being put together by small business owners in downtown Bellville, and will be highlighted by a street dance that evening, and there are pending contracts with Texas country musician Bleu Edmonson to be the featured entertainer.
Other activities will include other local musicians, food vendors all day and night shopping opportunities.
The street dance is scheduled to begin at 7pm on the square, and according to a press release, “The vision of the Bellville merchants is to promote our town by providing a family-friendly night of entertainment, shopping, and food.”
Funding for the event is still in the process of being raised.
