POLICE MAKE TWO ARRESTS

  

Brenham Police are investigating  a case of Failure to Identify Using False Information, and Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz in a Drug Free Zone.

26 year old Lorenzo Davis was charged with possession of marijuana after a patrol officer noticed a vehicle in Hohlt Park after hours. The officer made contact with Davis to inform him of the park hours, and observed what he suspected to be marijuana in the vehicle. This gave the officer cause to search the vehicle.

A plastic bag with a leafy substance and a cigar with the leafy substance were found.

Davis' passenger, 20-year old Latricia Wilson, was cited for Failure to Identify Using False information after giving a false name.
