POLICE FIND MISSING BRYAN CHILD

  

A Bryan child is safe and sound following a police search Monday afternoon.

Bryan police found the 6-year old hiding inside of a locked closet at The Presidio apartment complex.

The child was reported missing by his father just before 1:00 p.m.

The father told police that the boy was able to sneak out of the family’s apartment—something the child has a history of doing.

Police were called to the area and began complete search of the complex.

Around 2:30, an officer found the child in a locked closet in an unoccupied apartment.

Authorities say it’s not immediately clear how the child ended up inside the apartment.

Police say the child was in good condition.

The boy's mother was at work when he disappeared. Police released the child back into his mother and father's custody.
