POLICE INVESTIGATE LOCAL BURGLARY
Nearly $2000 in items were taken in recent burglary in Brenham.
Thursday afternoon around 1:30 p.m., Officers Colin Godmintz and Hunter Andras responded to the 500 block of East Main in reference to the burglary of a habitation.
The caller said she had come home around 1 p.m. and noticed broken glass outside of her neighbor’s rear door.
The resident arrived on scene and said two Xbox gaming systems and three televisions were missing.
He estimated the total value of the items taken to be $1,800.
The incident is under investigation.
