POLICE LOOKING INTO AUTO BURGLARIES

  

Brenham Police are investigating a pair of auto burglaries.

For the third time in the past few days, someone stole a radio from a vehicle.

Police were called out to the 300 block of Stonehill Drive, where the caller says someone took the car-radio out of their 1999 Honda SUV.

Authorities say there was no sign of forced entry.

Police were also called out to the LaRoche dealership, in the 900 Block of Highway 290 West.

A caller phoned police around midnight to report a small suspicious vehicle near the lot at the dealership.

Authorities discovered the tires and rims missing from a 2012 Chevy Pickup.

The suspect vehicle could not be found.  The investigation continues.
