PRESCRIBED BURN WORKSHOP FRIDAY

  

A Prescribed Burn Workshop will be held Friday afternoon at the Blinn College Rankin Ag Complex in Brenham.  The workshop will be from 1 to 5 pm and is presented by Texas Parks and Wildlife, South Central Texas Prescribed Burn Association, and the Washington County Wildlife Society.  The workshop will cover laws and regulations of prescribed burning, developing a burn plan, weather and other safety factors, and considerations for wildlife management.  Anyone interested in attending is asked to call (979) 277-6212 to RSVP.
