PROBATION REVOKED FOR BRENHAM MAN; 11 OTHERS SENTENCED
A Brenham man has been sentenced to 18 months in prison after his probation was revoked in 21st District Court.
19-year old Gamarcus Sheppard of Brenham was originally placed on probation last year on two counts of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. That probation was revoked after Sheppard’s recent arrest.
He has been sentenced to 18 months behind bars, fined $1000 and ordered to pay over $2300 in restitution.
Eleven other people have been sentenced in the latest edition of 21st District Court in Brenham.
37-year old Kerston Rochelle Williams of Industry was placed on 10 years’ probation on a charge of Tampering with Physical Evidence. She was also fined $1500 and ordered to perform 200 hours community service. Williams was also placed on four years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was also ordered to perform an additional 200 hours of community service.
23-year old Sabrina Salazar of Austin was sentenced to one year and 10 months in Prison and fined $1000 for felony Possession of Marijuana.
30-year old Amy Renae Ragston was placed on two years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child under 15 years old.
28-year old Elroy Tompkins of Brenham pleaded guilty to Forgery of a Government Instrument—Forgery. He was sentenced to three years in prison.
27-year old Charles Melvin Harris III of Houston was sentenced to 21 months in jail and fined $1500 for Forgery.
22-year old Dominique Davis of Brenham was sentenced to two 10-month jail terms on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
23-year old Kenneth Jurrod Mullens of San Leon, TX had his probation revoked and was sentenced to nine months in jail for a 2010 conviction for Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle.
27-year old Stacie Moore of Dale, TX received six months in jail for a charge of Theft of Less than $1500—with two previous convictions.
37-year old Enrique Pantoja-Hernandez of Brenham was placed on four years’ probation and fined $1500 for Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated. He must also serve 10 day in the Washington County Jail and perform 160 hours of community service.
22-year old Travis Odell Cooper of Brenham was placed on four years’ probation and fined $1500 for two cases of Forgery. He must also perform 160 hours of community service.
35-year old Terrance James Farrell of Brenham was sentenced to one year in jail and fined $1500 for three counts of Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15.
