RED RIBBON WEEK AT BRENHAM SCHOOLS NEXT WEEK

The Brenham Independent School District will celebrate “Red Ribbon Week 2017” next week.

Beginning Monday, October 23rd and continuing all week, Brenham schools will promote a drug free and healthy lifestyle with dress up days.  As part of “Red Ribbon Week”, BISD is encouraging parents to join their kids in dressing up, and in discussing that important message.

Each day next week has a theme that deals with being drug free and healthy.  Monday is “Red Out!”, with students encouraged to wear red from head to toe.  Tuesday is “Sock it to Drugs”, with crazy socks.  Wednesday students should wear camouflage to “Join the Fight Against Drugs!”.  Wear your favorite cap on Thursday to “Put a Cap on Drugs!”.  And next Friday, of course, wear your Cub green because “Cubs Don’t Do Drugs!”
