RICE AMONG NATION’S TOP 10 COLLEGES

  

Houston's Rice University is among the best-value universities for 2018, according to a new ranking provided by Kiplinger.

The finance website announced Rice as the 8th best-value college in their ranking of the top public and private universities in the United States.

Starting with nearly 1,200 schools, Kiplinger trimmed the list to the top 300 using measures of academic quality, then ranked the schools based on cost and financial aid data.

New Jersey’s Princeton University topped the list.
