Federal Judge Jeffrey C. Manske ordered Charlotte Horelica to remain in custody after her attorney entered a not guilty plea on charges of sexual exploitation of children; distribution of child pornography; and possession of visual depictions of sexual activity by minors.

Horelica was arrested by Rockdale police back in May during a domestic disturbance call, where they found a cell phone that contained inappropriate photos of a 7-year-old girl.

Rockdale police Chief Thomas Harris said evidence indicates the photos had been sent to at least one other person.

Authorities say four more phones were seized during a search warrant at the address.

Investigators said Horelica's husband said he lent her the cell phone because hers was not working and when he returned from work, he found the pictures on the phone, which authorities say led to the disturbance.

Forensic investigators say they found more than 2800 inappropriate images on the phones.
