SALVATION ARMY LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS

The Salvation Army plays an important role in helping lives throughout the community, and Randy Wells, Director of Faith Mission, is encouraging everyone to The Salvation Army to help those in need during this Christmas season.

Faith Mission, along with Chief Rex Phelps of the Brenham Police Department want to encourage everyone to donate their time to the Salvation Army by signing up to be a Bell Ringer at different places around the community such as WalMart.

Washington County District Attorney Julie Renken and family, husband Tyler, and daughters Gabby and Moriah, have been a part of the Salvation Army for approximately 6 years, and during this time, she has tried to teach her daughters the concept of helping those less fortunate, and how to give back to the community.

Both Chief Phelps and Julie Renken tell us why they support the Salvation Army:

Pam Mossbarger has been a part of the Salvation Army for many years, and encourages everyone to sign up and be a bell ringer.

For more information on how to donate time or become a Salvation Bell ringer this season, go to www.faithmission.com
