SEALY MAN ARRESTED IN BRENHAM FOR DWI
A Sealy man was arrested in Brenham for intoxicated driving.
Late Sunday night, Corporal David Dudenhoeffer responded to a report of a reckless driver. Corporal Dudenhoeffer located the driver in the 1000 block of South Market Street, 32-year-old Ariel Montoya Jr., and determined that he was intoxicated.
After conducting sobriety tests, Montoya was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated – 3rd or more.
Montoya was taken to the Washington County Jail.
